Terms and Conditions for Participation in the wiiv App Launch Lottery

The IBL Loyalty Department, wiiv, is organising a lotery for the launch of its new app. The contests will be announced on our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram), via email, and/or SMS to wiiv members as from 11 September 2023. Participation is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The lotery has been approved by the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA).

2. Every wiiv member who has ever logged into their wiiv account in the new wiiv app will automa􀀂cally enter the draw.

3. The lotery will comprise of 3 games, with 4 winners to be selected for each game.

• Game A: 4 wiivers who have logged into their wiiv account in the new wiiv app until 17 September 2023, will be selected via a lucky draw to win prizes 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the respective order of selection. The list of winners from the previous games carried-out on wiiv's social media pages between 19 June and 9 July 2023, inclusive should be excluded.

• Game B: 4 wiivers who have logged into their wiiv account in the new wiiv app until 24 September 2023, will be selected via a lucky draw to win prizes 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the respective order of selection. The list of winners from the previous games carried-out on wiiv's social media pages between 19 June and 9 July 2023, inclusive, as well as from the above Game A should be excluded.

• Game C: 4 wiivers who have logged into their wiiv account in the new wiiv app until 30 September 2023, will be selected via a lucky draw to win prizes 1, 2, 3, and 4 in the respective order of selection. The list of winners from the previous games carried-out on wiiv's social media pages between 19 June and 9 July 2023, inclusive, as well as from the above Game A and Game B should be excluded.

4. It is compulsory for all participants to have a smart phone, download the wiiv app, and log into their wiiv account to participate in the lotery.

5. Every wiiv member who logs into their wiiv account via the new wiiv app will be assigned a unique ticket number, starting from #1, which will be communicated to them via SMS.

6. Participants should receive their respective ticket number within the following 48 hours of login. Should any participant not receive their ticket number within this timeframe, it is of their responsibility to contact the wiiv Customer Service team either by phone at 203 222, by email at contactus@wiivrewards.com, or via direct message on wiiv’s Facebook page.

7. Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details (name, NIC, email address, and mobile number) are correct in their wiiv account. They should go to My Profile in the wiiv app to verify their details; and in case help or guidance required contact the wiiv Customer Service team on 203 222, or email at contactus@wiivrewards.com, or leave a message on wiiv’s Facebook page.

8. wiiv will not be held responsible for any inability to contact participants or award prizes due to incorrect contact details provided by the participant.

9. This lotery is open to all residents of Mauritius aged 18 or above, who owns a Mauritian NIC or Residential Permit.

10. The lotery draws will be conducted at the Mauritius Turf Club (MTC) under the supervision of the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) on the 5th of October 2023.

11. The list of drawn winners for each contest will be announced publicly on wiiv's Facebook (@wiiv.mauritius) and Instagram (wiiv.rewards) pages, as well as in the press, specifically in L’Express and Defi Quotidien publications.

12. The unique ticket number of drawn winners for games A, B and C will be published on the 9th & 10th of October 2023.

13. wiiv will contact all winners via SMS on the mobile number registered in their wiiv accounts.

14. Prizes can be collected from the wiiv office at the IBL Head Office at Caudan Waterfront in Port Louis upon presentation of their wiiv card and identity card (NIC or RP).

Game C - Prize 4: Bundle of prizes from 4 partners - Rs 7,990

15. Prizes must be claimed by latest the 31st of January 2024, or they will be forfeited.

16. The act of downloading the wiiv app and logging into their account for the first time constitutes as participation and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

17. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-negotiable, and cannot be converted into shopping vouchers.
