From time to time, the same or other partners on the programme, may decide to further reward wiiv members with special deals on an adhoc basis.

1.    Use your points to pay IN-STORE at Winner’s, MedActiv & Eagle Insurance.

To use points on a purchase, simply present your wiiv card (physical or digital) to the cashier when making your purchases.

Each of our ‘Earn Partners’ may differ when it comes to the amount of points you earn. You can earn:
- 1 wiiv point for every Rs 100 qualifying spend in store at all Winner’s stores
- 1 wiiv point for every Rs 100 qualifying spend in store at all MedActiv stores
- 4 wiiv points for every Rs 100 qualifying spend on the Ala-lila App when booking your next ride
- 2 wiiv points for every Rs 100 qualifying spend on insurance products registered directly with Eagle Insurance
- 1 Club Espace Maison point = 1 wiiv point when switched to your wiiv account

You do not need a physical card if you have already registered online via www.wiivrewards.com or via the wiiv App.
To earn and enjoy points at our partners, you simply need to provide one of the options at the time of your purchase:
1) You can either use your physical or digital card on the wiiv App to authenticate yourself; however please note that you might be asked to show your NIC at any time in addition to your wiiv or digital card, for example to ensure no one else is using your card and we can protect your account for you.
2) If you are a RP holder: you can use your wiiv or your digital card (where digital card scanner available) in addition to your RP (which does not have a barcode we can scan), so that we can authenticate you fast at partners such as Winner’s, MedActiv or Café LUX*.

There are 3 ways to join:
1.    In-store at participating registration outlets: Winner’s and MedActiv*
2.    Online via https://www.wiivrewards.com/Join-wiiv-for-free
3.    Download our wiiv app at the App Store or Google Play.
*Registration at MedActiv is only available at 2 MedActiv stores: Port Louis and Phoenix Mall.

Yes, there is. Please check online or on your app for the latest sign-up and other interesting offers.

There are 3 ways to join:
1.    In-store at participating registration outlets: at any Winner’s and MedActiv Port Louis and Phoenix Mall;
2.    Online via www.wiivrewards.com/signup;
3.    Download our wiiv App from mobile app stores.

You can switch your CEM points to your wiiv account online here or direclty from your wiiv app. Once on the Enjoy page, go to enjoy online then Espace Maison and click on Spend your points online.

 

If you were an IBL Fidelity card holder, as well as a Monoprix Fidelity programme member, and your contact details were up to date, you should have received two communications, one from each programme, about how to migrate your accounts into one single wiiv account.

If you have not received them, please visit any Winner’s or MedActiv at Port Louis or La City Trianon, bring your IBL Fidelity and your Monoprix Fidelity cards and NIC, and one of our staff members will help you migrate both accounts, transfer your point balance to our new programme, and continue enjoying new, exciting benefits with wiiv in one single account!  Hurry up! You only have until end of September to migrate.

Yes, you will no longer be able to use your Monoprix loyalty card.
Having a new card is optional! 
If you joined the wiiv rewards programme in-store you must have received your card immediately. 
If you did not want one at that time and changed your mind, or you joined online and wish to receive a card, you can collect it at your nearest store of Winner's or MedActiv (La Chaussée Port Louis or Phoenix Mall).

Yes, the new wiiv programme has its own terms and conditions which you can read here.

If you were a Monoprix Fidelity programme member and your contact details were up to date, you must have received a communication about how to migrate your Monoprix account into your new wiiv account.
If you have not received such notifications, or have missed the chance to migrate, do not worry, you can continue enjoying multiple benefits with wiiv. However we are afraid your previous balance of points is gone. Please join wiiv today (if you have not done it already), and make sure your contact details are up to date so that you do not miss any other important communication from now on.

Monoprix is part of the IBL group of companies and has recently been replaced by Winner’s stores. Since then, the Monoprix programme has been replaced by the newly launched wiiv programme run by IBL. 

That’s no problem! wiiv allows you to pay for the remaining amount with cash, debit or credit card.

Unfortunately reward vouchers cannot be transferred for cash, so you’ll need to spend the whole voucher amount in one transaction.

Expired vouchers are listed in your transaction history. They are no longer valid; they are, included as part of our transaction history for your own records.

No, unfortunately not. Our system will automatically expire vouchers and they will be rejected by the partner if you tried to use them after expiry date.

Yes, your vouchers are valid for 3 months after issuance.

Café LUX*: Rs 50; Rs 100; Rs 150; Rs 200
Ala-lila:  Rs 200

- Log in via the wiiv website or the wiiv App
- Go to the section “Enjoy” and after “Enjoy online” click on the relevant partner logo. (Café LUX*/Ala-lila)
- Switch your points into the e-voucher values provided
- Once switched, show your voucher at Café LUX* stores or enter the voucher code provided for Ala-lila when paying your fare/trip.

No, wiiv points need to be switched into an Ala-lila e-voucher from the wiiv web portal or the wiiv App first and then applied at checkout when booking your fare via the Ala-lila App.

No, wiiv points need to be switched into a Café Lux* e-voucher from the wiiv web portal or the wiiv App in order to use it to pay for your purchases at Café Lux.

Please refer to CEM programme rules and exclusions.

No, you will need to swipe your CEM digital card on the CEM App at Espace Maison. Your points are earned into your CEM account. The, you will need to switch CEM points into your wiiv account to wiiv points.

Yes, you can also switch your wiiv points into CEM points to spend at Espace Maison here or direclty from your wiiv app. Once on the Enjoy page, go to enjoy online then Espace Maison and click on Spend your points online.

wiiv has partnered with Espace Maison so that our members can benefit from both programmes. 
wiiv members can now enjoy earning points for their purchases at Espace Maison through the Espace Maison CEM programme and vice versa.
In order to benefit from Espace Maison as a partner, wiiv members must be a member of Espace Maison’s CEM programme. 
wiiv members earn CEM points at Espace Maison which can then be switched to wiiv points to use and enjoy at all wiiv enjoy partners and vice versa.

Your account is linked to your NIC and email address, so you cannot be a wiiv member without one. Even though you have provided your mobile number to receive SMSes, your email is our way of talking to you to tell you about any exclusive offers. We recommend signing up with a personal email address that's not likely to change.
So please log in your wiiv account to update your contact details via “My Profile” in the wiiv App, online or with the help of our staff members at Winner's or MedActiv at Port Louis or Phoenix Mall, so that you don’t miss out on any of our special promotions exclusively for you, our wiiv members.

We'd love you to stay with us, but if you need to delete, please drop us your request to delete your account here or by email on contactus@wiivrewards.com with your membership ID and we will do the necessary. Remember that by deleting your account, your earned points in your balance will be deleted as well.

Once you have registered but have forgotten your username or password, click on the forgot username or forgot password on the LOG IN page in your App or on the wiiv website. You will need to use your wiiv number, NIC number or RP number. Your new credentials will be sent to the email address in your profile.

Points only expire if you do not use your wiiv card or enjoy your points within a 12 month period. We will expire your points after 12 months of inactivity.

Lucky for you, we’ve got you covered. You can call our helpdesk at 203 2222 to enquire about your wiiv account. To make any change to your profile, visit any Winner’s or Medactiv at Port Louis or La City Trianon to receive assistance from one of our staff members.

There are three ways to check your account or update it:
- Via the wiiv App under My Account
- Via the wiiv website, log in to www.wiivrewards.com and update your details in “My Profile”
- At any Winner's or at MedActiv Port Louis or Phoenix Mall, one of our staff members can show you how to do it in our wiiv self-service tablets.
Our call centre agents will be able to answer questions about your account information but they cannot update any field in your profile due to data protection regulations, hence you will need to do it in our app or online, or visit any Winner's, or MedActiv at Port Louis or Phoenix Mall.

Note: Your NIC and date of birth cannot be changed. However, you can change all other fields in your profile.

Yes, when you shop at Winner’s e-commerce platform, you can benefit from same special deals as in any other Winner’s store.

No! Points only expire if you do not use your wiiv card or enjoy your points within a 12 month period. We will expire your points after 12 months of inactivity.

Refund policy for earn and redeem points are linked to each partner’s return policies and therefore may vary from one partner to the other. 
If you earned points in a product that you return, we might need to deduct those points from your account when the refund is made.
If you paid with points a product you return, we might need to return also those points to your account. Check our T&C’s here for every specific case.

Depending on the partner, it can take a maximum of 45 days for points to be officially added to your points balance.

If you think you are missing wiiv points earned with one of our partners, please log in your wiiv account and check your transaction history here or contact our call centre at 203 2222. We do not guarantee points can be allocated retrospectively, this will be handled on a case to case basis.

If you have not been using the wiiv programme for over 12 months, your account may have become inactive and you cannot claim any expired points.

There are three ways to check your points balance:

- When you shop at any Winner's or MedActiv.
- By authenticating yourself as a member in our call centre.

Your wiiv card and App is linked to your personal NIC, so only you can receive the rewards. Your friends and family can sign up themselves and earn their own rewards, as it is a free programme.

No, points cannot be shared to friends or family. 

No, this is not possible. Your wiiv points are as good as cash because you can use them to pay towards your purchases at any participating partner. 

That’s no problem! wiiv allows you to pay for your purchase with points and cash, debit or credit card.
The minimum amount of points required to spend 50 points (500 points at Eagle Insurance). Pay the remaining amount with cash/debit or credit card or as per specific partner payment conditions.

1 point = 1 rupee

Yes! You can use your wiiv points today to make a difference in someone’s life. 
There are two charities to choose from:

Small Step Matters is a social fundraising platform for organisations (NGOs/Foundations) and individuals who wish to promote social and environmental projects in Mauritius or for Mauritians. Small Step Matters is a non-profit organisation which primary objective is to bring together project promotors and benefactors , who wish to donate funds or time and to herby contribute to the progress of the Mauritian society, today and tomorrow.
Its mission is to democratise donations in Mauritius, making them more accessible. 2.    Select the charity you’d like to support
3.    Select how many points you’d like to donate (minimum 50 points required) 
4.    And make your donation. It’s that easy!
 

We will need to authenticate you as the owner for the account through some of the unique identifiers you gave us, such as your membership ID or your NIC. Then simply tell us the charity you’d like to support, how many points you’d like to donate (remember 1 point = 1 rupee, and minimum 50 points required) and we can make your donation for you. It’s that easy!

Switching your points into or from Club Espace Maison is easy:
1.    Log in your wiiv account
2.    Visit our switching page on Enjoy online here 
3.    Select if you wish to switch points to or from Club Espace Maison
4.    Select the amount of points you would like to switch
5.    Confirm your Club Espace Maision membership and submit your order. 
Your points will be credited into or debited from your wiiv account immediately. Enjoy!

Switching your points into an e-voucher is easy:
1.    Log in your wiiv account
2.    Visit our online partners page here
3.    Select the partner you would like to receive an e-voucher from (Café LUX* or Ala-lila)
4.    Select the amount of points you would like to use / voucher value you would like to receive.
5.    Receive your voucher code.
For Café LUX*: To use your voucher towards your next purchase, show your voucher (on your app or printed format) to the cashier at any Café LUX* store. The voucher amount will be deducted from your total purchase amount.
For Ala-lila: To use your voucher on the Ala-lila when making your next booking, insert your voucher code at checkout via the Ala-lila App. The voucher amount will be deducted from your total purchase amount.
Please note that once your points have been issued into a voucher, the points cannot be reversed. Vouchers are only valid for 3 months and will not be redeemable after 3 months. 

Yes, you can. The same earn rules apply as for any other Winner’s outlet.

Yes, you do. wiiv points are calculated on the total value of your purchases after discounts and include the VAT amount.

Yes, wiiv lets you earn rewards points even when you are already using existing points to spend on that transaction. You’ll earn points on the full amount of the purchase, despite if you paid in Rupees or wiiv points, after discounts are taken into account.

Certain products are excluded from earning wiiv points. wiiv may amend these products from time to time at our discretion. To know more about our earn partners, log in your wiiv account and click here.

In the event of a technical, system(s) or network failure, as well as system upgrades, wiiv points allocations and/or discounts will not be processed and/or issued retrospectively.
In some cases, partners will be able to allocate your earned points after your purchase if you are authenticated at the time of reconciliation on the system using your wiiv membership number.  However, it is at the wiiv partner’s discretion to issue any rewards retrospectively if transaction is processed offline. 

Points should reflect in your wiiv points balance with 24 hours; however, sometimes we cannot credit points to your account until we receive information about your qualifying purchases from our wiiv partners. In most instances, we will receive this information within 24 -72 hours. However, depending on the partner, it can take up to 90 days for points to be added to your points balance. 
Check your points activity regularly at www.wiivrewards.com or via the wiiv App.

Yes! We always want you to feel the maximum value of the programme.
wiiv points are calculated on your transaction total, after the discount has been applied.

You can start earning points immediately once you have registered either in-store or online.

Our variety of partners helps you easily earn points on the things you buy every day.
Present your wiiv card (physical or digital card via the wiiv App) and your NIC/RP at earn partner locations and earn points when you make eligible purchases (view wiiv points earning rules and conditions here).

If your card has been lost or stolen, but you cannot visit any of our registration outlets to get a new one immediately, you might want to put your account on hold until you can get a new card, to prevent your lost or stolen card of being misused.
If you wish to put your account on hold, log in your wiiv account and click on FREEZE here.

Yes, absolutely. Visit any Winner’s or MedActiv* stores to get a new one. Remember, you will need to ask for assistance to link your new card to your wiiv profile.
*Registration at MedActiv is only available at 2 MedActiv stores: Port Louis and La City Trianon.

No problem. If you join online, a wiiv card can be picked up in any nearest store listed above. wiiv cards can be collected at the registration partners mentioned above.
Simply ask one of our team members for assistance to link your new card to your online or App profile. Find your nearest store here.
Please note, if you have already registered online or via our App and would like the physical wiiv card, you will need to update your profile in store on collection of your new card, at the help desk / consigne or wiiv representative. You cannot collect a card without linking it to your online account.
Your online profile will need to be updated with the new card number and replaces your digital card number on your online profile.

Yes, absolutely. When you register online or via our App, you automatically get allocated a digital card which is available in your online profile. 
You can show your digital card via the wiiv App or website on your smartphone. 
If you are a RP holder, you might always need your wiiv physical card so that we can scan it if no digital scanner is available to read your digital card and we need to authenticate you fast.

wiiv programme is a multi-partner programme rewarding customers for purchases across 11 wiiv partners in Mauritius, versus the Monoprix programme only being available in Monoprix.
It rewards customers for their purchases with wiiv points which can be used to buy products and services at participating wiiv partners.
wiiv members also receive discounts from our discount partners.

Yes. We want to make sure all wiiv members:
-       are aware of the benefits and terms of the programme when they enrol, so that they make the best of it; 
-       understand the conditions to protect everyone’s interest, especially with regards to the misuse of the card;
-       and are aware of the personal data we collect from members so that we are able to get in touch with them and come up with customized, exciting offers for everyone.  
This is why it is also a mandatory step according to the Mauritian Data Protection Act, to which wiiv is fully committed.

No, one wiiv card is all you need. No matter where you joined, you can use that card at any of our partners.

When you become a wiiv member, you provide us with your personal information: name, salutation (Mr./Mrs./Ms.), date of birth, email address, cell phone and city, to clearly identify you as the owner of your account and protect your points balance from misuse.

Additionally, many of our partners ask you to enter your NIC or Residence Permit number if you don’t have your card or wiiv App on hand when you shop with them. This allows you to earn and use points as you would with your wiiv physical card or digital one.

The wiiv rewards programme replaces the old IBL Fidelity programme with better, exciting benefits across a large number of partners.

To join wiiv you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- reside in Mauritius
- hold a valid NIC or resident’s permit number in Mauritius.

It’s absolutely free! There is no cost to join wiiv.
